Revved and ready

I know I said the last screenshot, that that was my last shot using one of Dangeruss'es Illustrated walls, but I'm sorry I just can't resist the beauty of these walls, the illustrations are just so damn good, he has put a lot of work into these walls and I only feel its fair to pay homage to the man and his skills by using them, especially coupled with the fact I love technical illustration with a passion, I suppose my last couple of shots testifies to that.
The way he gets the backdrops right as well, this is hard work folks, doing the illustration is hard enough, but you are not even halfway there until you have worked on something to drop it onto that doesn't spoil all the effort you have put into the illustration, a lot of illustrators fall short on their backdrops, I fall into that category quite regularly, it takes real time and effort to work out the backdrop, sometimes it just falls into place, other times it can take hours of staring and compiling your layout and still you can end up with nothing, its bloody hard.....but when you have it, you have the whole illustration in front of you, then, oh man is it worth it, when you look at it and say to yourself, wow I actually did that, I created whats in front of me, for me thats the best time, cos you know its good, you know its bloody great in fact and you're so proud you could burst Ha Ha Ha...Man thats one of the greatest feelings in the world, that sense of inner accomplishment, there is no better feeling, well there is a couple but we won't go into that right now Ha Ha Ha....Ok well thats me, thats my rant on why I use so much of these technical illustrated walls, its cos they are bloody awesome. once again Dangeruss I take my hat off to you for some finely executed artwork my friend, real damn good indeed. thank you...
