.....Although in future time, T'Challa, Black Panther, would become part of the Ultimates...the New Avengers, at one time he was a loner, due to an alien spaceship crash landing as a result of a meteor....the Metore that would become the source of Admantium, Wolverines exo-skeleton material...T'challa in his everyday existence was King of a country called Wakanda, deep inland in Africa, he had called in the Ultimates to help him with an old enemy, the Kree, who had invaded his country in the hopes of obtaining there spaceship back and the bodies of the crew inside, so the Humans could learn nothing about them and form a defense....becuase of the tecnonology Wakanda's scientists had gleamed from the spaceship already and the sale of Amntium to various counties, Wakanda was one if not the, richest countries in the world, and thus had science labs that would make Reed Richards jealous....T'Challa and the Ultimates had fought and beaten the Kree and were so accorded the Keys to the city, in his dealings with T'challa and in a plea to join the Ultimates, Capt.America had found out the true identity of the Black Panther....on a tour of the science labs, much to the annoyance of Wakanda's Elders and against there ruling, which turned out to be justified, but you must remember at this time, Capt.America had no idea that the King was to become and ally of the world....the capt' came across a strain of DNA, very much the same as the super soldier serum he was injected with, and which at the very moment in time Dr. Bruce Banner and his team were trying to replicate....against his better judgement and acting on orders from S.H.I.E.L.D. he stole it, the King found out about this and the whole mission, after such resounding victory turned out to be an attempt to flee the country with the DNA intact....this was the first time that the two had fought, and what a fight it turned out to be, talk about Rumble in the Jungle, that was nothing compared to the sheer ferocity with which these two fought, and within the fight this is when the Capt. learnt that the Wakanda people had access to Admantium....as T'Challa had aimed a slash at the wasp carrying ther DNA strain and the Harddrive information, the Capt. had put up his Admantium Shield, thought to be the only Admantium left in the world and indestructible, T'challa's claws cut through it like butter, only the Capt.s lightening like reflexes saved his arm...thus from and act of Kindness in fighting of the Kree, to an act of treachery, a bond, not a good one either was struck between the two, leading them on many an adventure, never liking each other, but always there to help.....the strain never made it back to America, the act of treachery was for nought.....sad isn't it....
